While there is nothing wrong with single family houses (after all, they’ve made me millions of dollars) at a certain point in an investor’s career it is important that you learn the skills to step up and play in the game of BIG deals.

I’m writing this just as I’m about to go visit an orphanage in Mexico that Maui Mastermind 2003 helped build. It’s also the orphanage that gave us our fantastic son David.

Face it, we probably all have times when we’re guilty of “lazy thinking.” We just kind of “go with the flow” and let others do our thinking for us.

For many people, lazy thinking involves following the “Door #1” plan for wealth-building.
