I’m new to the forum, but have been “lurking” on Diane’s newsletter list for years. I recently retired from a 20-year career in real estates sales; own and manage a commercial office building that I bought eight years ago for $1M using none of my own money; have marketed cost segregation studies to CPA’s and owners of commercial property. Now that I’m retired at the tender age of 46, I’m learning internet marketing and just hired a web-designer to put together my own web site. Thanks, Diane, for inspiring me to do more! I’m so excited to be a part this group!
