Have you noticed all the Maui references lately? It dawned on me that some of you might be wondering what is this Maui thing anyway and how does it relate to TaxLoopholes.

Maui Millionaires is a company that I started with David Finkel. We specialize in providing information and tools for entrepreneurs, business owners and real estate investors to help them become wealthy. Our goal is to help you build businesses and income streams that don’t require you to be there every day, sleeves rolled up, making it all happen. But we’re about more than just the money. We want you to become Maui Millionaires™ - not just ordinary millionaires. Why? So you can focus on the plus factors that this freedom gives you. We even have a name for it: Money Plus™:

There are four areas we focus on to get the Maui message out there:

1. Business. Our business focus is on helping you develop what we call “Level Three” businesses - those businesses that function independently of you, or that don’t require all of your time and effort to make them go.

2. Investing. Our investment focus is on non-traditional investments. Real estate, especially Big Deals and commercial real estate is a fantastic way to build wealth. You know that - heck, that’s why so many of you are real estate investors! But we also want to focus on showing you how to invest intelligently in other areas, such as other people’s businesses and passive money deals.

3. Tax Strategy. What’s the point in making a ton of money if you give it all to the government? I’ve been providing Pre-emptive Tax Strategies™ for years now. This is quickest way I know to immediately put more money in your pocket – legally reduce the amount of taxes you pay.

4. Financial Fluency. In today’s competitive world it isn’t enough for you to be financially literate, you need to be financially fluent. That means you are able to speak the Five Languages of Financial Fluency (the Languages of Money, Business, Leadership, Wealth, and Cash Flow). A key goal of Maui Millionaires is teaching you how to move in the world of money and finances with grace, ease, and confidence.

There are three main ways that we get our information to you: through these weekly email newsletters, through our Live Seminar Events, and through our website. In fact, I’m looking forward to seeing many of you at our next event, June 2-4, 2007, called How to Build a Level Three Business. I think this is going to be a really exciting event - the content is brand new, and it’s in an area that both David and I feel very passionate about.
